Looking for Venture Co. [US] Players!
wingward wrote in wow_ladies
Hi Ladies!

This may sound like an unusually odd request but I have heard that Venture Co. is not CRZ enabled (please correct me if this is old/false information). That being said, I have not had much luck with taming rares/spirit beasts on my hunter due to tons of competition so I am shamefully asking if there is anyone out there who resides on Venture Co. who is willing to invite me over so I can hunt around in peace for a few hours.

PS: I promise I am not a creeper, just someone who is a little down by how much bad luck I am having. If anyone can help out, I'd be immensely grateful!

Edit: Added that I am located in the US and therefore looking for players from Venture Co. [US] :)

The EU one was last time I was there. There were so few players it had to use CRZ to look even half populated. I'll poke again when I'm not in a raid and log to an alt on that server, but it won't be until 11 server time. Unless of course you don't mean the EU server... :)

Gah, I should have totally specified that I am US. This is something I -always- forget to do. Thanks so much for the reminder!!

Boo, I was just going to say I could invite you! Ah well, good luck with it :)

A friend of mine plays on Venture Co. US, and she confirmed to me that it and one other RP-PvP realm, Ravenholdt, are not CRZ with any other realm, since they're the only RP-PvP realms in their respective data centers. (The other RP-PvP realms, i.e. Emerald Dream, Lightninghoof, Maelstrom, and Twisting Nether, are all in the Chicago data center and Shadowburn battlegroup.)

EDIT: Also, I should mention that she describes VeCo as a dying realm. There's more people moving off the server to other, more populated ones than there are moving there because it's non-CRZ.

Wow, that's really interesting. I'm actually considering rolling a few characters on those realms now, I can't stand CRZ. Too many people getting in the way!

I've considered it, but I've already got characters on a total of five different realms. I'd have to give up on either Proudmoore or Wyrmrest Accord; while I've not made any effort to develop my presence in either place, due to limited time, the advantages of a high-pop RP realm that isn't Moon Guard, or the most gay-friendly realm in the game, outweigh recapturing the tranquility I used to see on my main realm.

VeCo is not part of CRZ (unless a friend invites you cross realm).

I have characters on both the Horde and Alliance side on that realm. I'd be happy to help you, if we can find a time that works for both of us. (I can only zone you into pre-Pandarian areas since my characters are still level 85.)

If you want to give it a try, add me on Bnet. MissHerra#1611
