Brawler's Guild invites

Can anyone clarify for me how to get these invitres?

I know two ways (1) from other people eg in your guild, for sale, etc and (2) on the Black Market AH.  But I understand they also drop from NPCs.  Can anyone confirm for me who those NPCs are, both Horde and Alliance use?

All I've seen said so far is "occasionally as drops from certain Horde and Alliance NPCs", but not who those NPCs are. At I guess, I'd think they're probably some of the PvP NPCs for the Pandaren campaign - but that's just my guess :-)

that account looks oddly spammy, i dont load images on here and it has two "blank dot gifs" , one in each post. maybe they didnt understand my "broken gif" reply. oops

Yeah, it (or the other one) replied to one of my posts with the broken gif as well. I was terribly confused, and have seen it in other communities as well.
