Cannot access any Blizzard website

Hey, ladies and lurklemen, I wonder if you could help me out. For several days (not sure exactly when the problem started) I have been unable to access any Blizzard website. At first I just went "oh, forums are down, rats," and forgot about it, but then I gradually realized that A: no one else is having this trouble, and B: it's MUCH more extensive. No WoW forums, no community site, no armory, no battle.net. No other websites seem to be affected; I can surf the web just fine. And the game itself is running okay.

It's true no matter which browser I use. On Firefox there's a delay and then the "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading" error page. On Chrome, delay followed by "This webpage is not available. The connection to us.battle.net was interrupted." On IE it just says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."

I've rebooted, unplugged and replugged my router, checked my LAN settings, I don't APPEAR to be using a proxy, I'm at a bit of a loss. This is starting to make me really nervous. It's not a big deal NOW, but if I need to access account info or anything of the sort in the immediate future... and I do miss the armory.

Can I send an in-game ticket? It seems outside the scope of a GM's responsibilities...

I'm on a netbook running Windows 7, with Trend Micro as my security/antivirus. Help me, Obi Wan WoWladies, you're my only hope.

UPDATE: After a few days of back and forth with Blizz tech support it appears that BiGlobe, my ISP here in Japan, was doing something hinky, and whatever it was has now been unhinked! HUZZAH! HUZZAH! HUZZAH!
